Resources + Providers

Perinatal (pregnancy + postpartum) providers in Santa Barbara + Ventura + virtually in California

  • Immediate referrals

When you are up at 3am struggling in your breastfeeding journey, curious if the tears are from the intrusive thoughts if your baby is breathing or the fact that you are struggling to sleep, let alone have time to process your challenging birth or newfound changes of parenthood….the LAST thing you want to do is search google, read every review for providers and then take the time consuming task of reaching out. We are cutting out the hours of complicated detective work.

  • Trusted providers

The names listed below are individuals who we have either been highly vetted through previous clients collaborations and successful healing, or are personally screened by the team at Thrive in an individual interview/consultation process. If you have a poor experience with a provider, please let us know so we can support in facilitating the appropriate care you need.

  • Connected support

Navigating mental health challenges can be extremely isolating and insular. Having a collaborative team of providers communicating, advocating and supporting you can be key to expediting your healing + process. Whether you work with us or a provider on the list, ask them to sign a release of information to collaborate on care - orchestrating a team providing therapy, prescribing medication, or facilitating physical rehabilitation in collaboration with your treatment at Thrive.

The below list are providers with immediate availability

(as of the 1st of every month)
