How do I meet other therapists in Ventura for networking, referrals and connections?
Thrive Therapy hosts a monthly coffee meetup for therapists that is sponsored and coffee is on us!
Tuesday’s with Thrive is an organic way to meet other providers in a relaxed and casual environment.
*Once you attend the group, you get complimentary access to a private WhatsApp community for Ventura County Therapists.
This vibrant group provides:
Natural onramps to message the larger group for referrals
Location-based connections (feel free to join any of the locations to see what's happening, but that way if you are looking for a referral in say, Westlake, you can join that group to see who has openings or wants to meet up and connect).
Coworking opportunities - this is the one most have requested! By having a group dedicated to coworking, this can be a natural onramp to pop in the chat "I'm heading to Caje at 10am on this day to get notes done or work on website edits" and see who else wants to cowork and connect.
Tuesdays with Thrive will be the anchor group hosted officially, but hoping that as our meetups grow and friendships deepen, this WhatsApp becomes a constant onramp for community and support - with many organic subgroups to follow. Don't hesitate to let me know if you want me to create additional categories or have ideas to continue deepening what we are growing.

How do the Tuesdays with Thrive monthly meetups work?
We welcome all therapists (students, trainees, associates, LMFT, LCSW, psychologists and mental health providers).
Being a part of this group is free and hosted by Thrive Therapy, and typically has a sponsor to help offset expenses.
We’ll occasionally partner with The Flourishing Therapreneur to host in person or virtual workshops, business growth groups and consultation offerings to deepen our business growth - however, the coffee meetups under Thrive are free and we hope to pay it forward by connecting local providers in an organic and inviting way.
How do I sign up for growth groups for business consultation for therapists?
Building relationships is essential to the work we do as therapists, but perhaps you are looking to cultivate strategic, specific skills to grow your private practice, cultivate a new endeavor or create impact outside of the therapy room.
